The training staff at Firefly Yoga have committed to teach yoga for EVERY BODY . When you register for the 200 hour yoga teacher training you will have access to their well of knowledge. Firefly’s mission is to make yoga accessible to all. Becoming a yoga instructor at the 200 hour level can help you understand yourself better in just one weekend a month.
