Its been a crazy month for me. I am out of town currently welcoming my very first grandson into the world. As soon as I return to Omaha I will be looking to create my winter schedule for trapeze yoga indoors. I apologize for the delay but new information will be posted soon.

I am finishing up my August schedule this week and will be posting it very soon. I have had many family related delays as I have recently traveled many hours away to release my brothers cremated remains in his desired location. I am back in Omaha now and I am ready to bring my classes back to the parks and fly with you all. It has been a journey this summer and I feel that I am ready to teach again. Thank you for having the patience and understanding with me as I deal with my loss. I love you all very much and I absolutely love teaching. Trapeze yoga will be back at the park starting the evening of the 12th of August! The rest of the dates and times will be posted soon!

What a fantastic week it has been! I absolutely loved all of the students in class and had the most amazing time flying with you all! What an incredible week for I've got your stretch! We started off a little cold and wet but this weekend made up for it ten fold. Thank you to ALL of the beautiful ladies that came and flew with me. You all made me realize just how much I love to teach this! I love it when I get positive feedback on how you feel after each class. You all were very inspiring to me and I cannot wait to fly with you all again! I also cannot wait for the weeks ahead and to fly with many more people in the park. Have a great week and Namaste.

Update!!!! Due to the rain yesterday and the colder temperatures today I have decided to move today's trapeze yoga class at Timber creek park to next week Monday May 9th at 7pm. It will still be at the same park just a new date and time! The class will be loaded in mind-body in the next hour.

Need some input! I am looking for feedback on times for my classes. I want to make my trapeze classes available to most so I'm looking for feedback on times that I should schedule for weekdays. Please tell me what times would be best for you! 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, or other? I would love to know also the best day of the week as well.

Class Schedule has been finalized! I am so very excited to see everyone in classes flying out this weekend. This will be my weekly schedule routine that should stay pretty consistent. Since I am leasing this space from an active gym, I will periodically have to make adjustments to accommodate for their employee training events and/or special events. I will create events in Facebook to sign up and there will be a limit of 10 people per class so reserve your spot early.
