Orange Plaza Rotary

Glenn, Tracey and Kim with the Orange Plaza Rotary Club and Family participated in the Mental Health March in our District 5320 walk today. Weather was great and the company was even better! Happy Saturday! Funds collected will go towards a Mental Health Organization to give back to the community.

The fountain was a great site to see. You helped the Club raise funds to assist with community and international projects we are passionate about. It's your donations that allow us to do good in the world near and far. So, Thank you as we will be hosting again next year, the 29th Orange Plaza Rotary Car Show on April 13, 2K25! Vroom...

In less than 1 week our Registration Opens, February 1st at 7am. If you create an Eventbrite account and find the event, save it so at 7am you will be ready to register. We only have 400 openings (Registration is not open yet).

Orange Plaza Rotary Clubs Book Dr. Project, giving over 1100 books to the El Modena Family Resource Center in September.
Lots of great reading books!

On August 9th at the El Modena Family Resource Center the Orange Plaza Rotary Club and their Interact Club members collected over 1100 books for kids and adults to take home and read. We did a bit of cleaning and preparing to hand off the books. A job well done!

Last week Orange Plaza Rotary had a lovely transition dinner to celebrate our former club president Glenn and welcome our new club president Howard. Thank you Glenn for all of your hard work and dedication during your 3 years as club president. And Howard you’re going to do amazing things for Orange Plaza Rotary this year! Here’s to a great 2023-2024 Rotary year!

District 5320 had their RYLA Reunion Day at Doheny State Beach last weekend. We had a great time, lots of food, with high scholo students talking about how great RYLA was. Hope many or all come back to help next year at camp as Blazers.

Earth Day and Arbor Day in Orange, CA. 10 trees were planted to help the corner of a street.

The Orange Plaza Rotary Club concluded our car show with a great meeting tonight to thank our fearless leaders, Tracey and Clint. We hope to see everyone again in 2024! We will be back. Thank you to everyone that contributed to the classic car show.

Vroom, Vroom!!

It's the final count down! 2 days away from the Orange Plaza Rotary Clubs 27th Annual Car Show from 8am till 3pm. Please come and support our club and see the amazing 400+ Antique Cars we have that signed up for our show. Thank you to those who registered and see you soon! We will have merchandise (t-shirts, posters, magnets), raffle tickets for prizes throughout the day starting at 9am. No food, but support the local businesses around the Plaza. Their will be trophies presented for certain awards starting around 2pm. Hope to see you there. Oh and No Animals at the show allowed, you will be asked to leave. Thank you.

All hands were on deck, putting the Car Show Shirts together. 3 days till show time! Shirts will be available after 9am. 20$ for small, medium, large and extra large. 25$ for 2XL and 3XL. You have a choice of white or pink shirts. 2$ for our posters and 1$ for a magnet. Hope everyone enjoys the show.
