How to track your habits?
It’s simple. 🌟
Each day, take a moment to jot down these 3 things:
✅Your daily food 🍽️ - Knowing what you eat helps you make mindful choices.
✅Your water intake 💧 - Staying hydrated is key to feeling your best.
✅Self-care activities 🧘♀️ - Celebrate every small step you take toward caring for yourself - exercising, meditation, walking, etc.

It’s nature. Spending time in nature, even for just 5 minutes, can profoundly reduce your stress levels. Nature can help boost your mood and mental well-being. It also enhances your creativity; sometimes, spending time in nature can help resolve problems.
So you can see how essential nature is to our well-being. Every day, I spend at least 5 minutes surrounded by nature. It could be walking in the park, spending time in my yard, or gardening.

1.Myth: Targeted fat loss is possible. Fact: Sorry, you can’t choose where you lose fat. To slim down, focus on healthy eating and regular exercise for overall weight loss.
2.Myth: Weightlifting makes women bulky. Fact: Nope! Women can build lean muscle and get stronger through weightlifting without getting bulky like men. Women have lower testosterone levels, meaning they won’t bulk up the same way.
3.Myth: All calories are created equal. Fact: While it’s true that weight loss comes down to burning more calories than you consume, the quality of those calories is also important. Focus on whole, nutrient-dense foods rather than empty calories from processed or sugary foods.
