Bond markets saw an overnight rally, but domestic selling pressure offset the gains at the start of the week. Yields briefly hit 3.90% before US traders began their day and then leveled off, prompting some investors to take profits. The net result is that levels have remained largely unchanged a few hours into the trading day.
This week promises to be busy with two days of congressional testimony from Powell, a large supply of Treasury and corporate bonds, and employment data releases such as ADP, Challenger layoffs, JOLTS, and NFP.
Following last week's recovery, 10-year yields are now back within a range marked by a 3.99% ceiling. The floor is less significant, but 3.90% has been a solid starting point based on the past week of trading.

Is it expensive to own in LAKE NONA.....?
🤌 Yes... everything has become more expensive.
However during these rate hikes and battle against inflation. Home prices will begin to normalize. Flipping the market into a BUYERS MARKET.
In the mean time; If you are a Realtor, Loan Officer or Buyer in the LAKE NONA market. This is how much income you'll need to show to qualify for a Conventional type of mortgage.
** Note: I said 698 instead of 638 for property taxes, But The add up is correct.
