Coffey, 22, of Boring, Oregon, assigned to the 1st Law Enforcement Battalion, 1st Marine Headquarters Group, 1st Marine Expeditionary Force, based in Camp Pendleton, California, was killed on May 24, 2012 while conducting combat operations in Helmand province, Afghanistan. He is survived by his fiancee Brittany Dygert and his parents Grant and Inger.

Stimulus for today; athletes may split up the work however they think will give them the most success. Whether we take the chipper approach or short rounds, athletes need to be adaptable to make the adjustments to survive and avoid slowing down. Settle into a pace early on that keeps your heart rate at a moderate level, push when needed, and know when to go to plan B, C, or D.
This will be LOT of fun for athletes. Come up with your different strategies and see who has the right formula. 👀🏋🏼♀️

Stimulus for today's workout is consistent and steady pacing while keeping intensity at a moderate level. Try to use the first 2 rounds to establish a consistent number of reps that can be replicated across all 10 rounds. Staying within your limits and keeping each movement smooth with a breathable pace will help with longevity. Try and work for the whole 30 seconds; don’t cut it short for more rest. 👀🏋🏼♀️
