Our menus are bursting with Fryer Creek Farm tomatoes right now, including this quintessential Caprese Salad. It sports all of the tomatoes, A&F mozzarella di bufala, basil oil, sea salt, a splash of red wine vinegar and a tiny bit of dried oregano. You gotta get this right now cause it'll be gone for the year before you know it.
