This year, Silicon Valley, the hub of trailblazing ideas, hosted an event that brought together dynamic leaders worldwide to explore the intersection of technology and the global economy. As speaker of the New Global India panel, I had the great honor of engaging in discussions with brilliant visionaries like Sai Deepak J, Prashant K. (PK) Gulati, and Satyan Gajwani. It was inspiring to witness how India's innovation across AI, quantum computing, space exploration, cyber tech, and defense startups propels the country towards its goal of becoming a $5 trillion economy. India is not only emerging but thriving as a hub of innovation. My experience with left me in awe of India's transformation into a tech-driven future. Diversity is the bedrock of American culture & capitalism. But DEI bureaucracy is not. It actively minimizes equality of opportunity for the unfavored - those who have been systematically demonized as “oppressors”, colonizers and settlers. It punishes merit, talent, free speech and hard work.
It creates sense of entitlement within what the establishment calls the oppressed. It has created a massive industry of victimhood. The DEI bureaucracy must go. That’s what almost all Americans want.
