This one is a little different as I’m helping my friend and his wife purchase their first home. We really did our best to get in on the CALHFA Dream For All program but ultimately fell short by a day. It’s still possible that many of the “approved escrows” in the Dream For All program fall through and might still be available, but in the meantime we’re moving forward and considering all of our options on the table.
