It’s amazing to see the terrible little (sometimes BIG) Lipedema nodules that lie beneath our skin! These happen to be large and under the skin of a women who suffers from painful Lipedema. The heaviness of her arms was unbearable. It prevented her for doing ‘normal’ things that one expects to do with their arms like blow dry her hair, hold items up, shoulder pain, to name a few.

She was fortunate enough to have this surgery which is definitely going to be Life Changing.

The arms were Vaser Liposuctioned all the way down to her wrists and then the excess skin was removed from her upper arms!

The journey of our Lipedema sister continues but is almost done! She has has Vaser Lipo for her legs a few years ago! Now she has come back for skin removal of her legs, abdomen and breast augmentation and she looks absolutely amazing!

Vaser Liposuction for Lipedema posterior upper and lower legs. This patient had surgery before she saw Dr Schwartz. Her results from her first surgery were minimal. Dr. Schwartz used Vaser to get through that fibrotic tissue to remove a large volume of Lipedema fat. Vaser also helps to tighten the skin. Now this lovely lady can wear skinny jeans ❤️

What does 1 day post op Vaser Liposuction for Lipedema, back, flanks, abdomen with abdominoplasty look like? Here you go! 1 day post op. The patient will have drains for a few days. She is swollen now but that will resolve in the weeks to come.

Vaser Liposuction for Lipedema 4 years post op. This patient had surgery for her anterior and posterior legs, a thighplasty and an abdominoplasty. She stated that she would always fall due to her gait and being unbalanced. She now said that she has not fallen since surgery and has regained mobility! ❤️

8 weeks post op abdominoplasty ( Fleur de lis pattern) for this lovely woman who has been diagnosed with Lipedema and Dercum’s Disease. Her incision will fade to skin color in the coming months as well as any residual swelling.
