Tui-Na (pronounced “twee-nah”) is one of the most popular Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) treatment modalities and refers to a wide range of TCM therapeutic massage and bodywork. It can be used alone or in conjunction with acupuncture. Like acupuncture, TCM uses tui-na to harmonize yin and yang in the body by manipulating the Qi in the acupuncture channels. Tui-Na includes what is popularly known as "acupressure," where finger pressure is used instead of needles to stimulate the acupuncture points.

It is also frequently used as a home remedy in the treatment of fevers associated with colds and flu, and is especially favored in the treatment of children.

Cupping is one of the oldest methods of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Cupping is often used to alleviate respiratory tract infections such as bronchitis, asthma, and flu. Cupping is also indicated for neuromuscular pain, lumbar pain, neck and shoulder pain, arthritis, and any other pain syndrome. Cupping is safe, non-invasive, and extremely effective.

Moxibustion or "moxa" is a traditional Chinese medicine technique that involves the burning of mugwort close to acupressure points to strengthen the blood, stimulate the flow of qi, and maintain general health.
