THIS!! Even when you don’t feel like doing the hard things, do them anyway. Stop choosing convenience! Stop making excuses. You can choose the hard things now or go through the harder things later. Choose yourself! Choose your health! You wont regret it and you can thank me later. 😊 Choosing your health is also choosing a growth mindset. Grow to be healthier. Grow to be better mentally. Grow to be spiritually healthy. God has given us so many opportunities in life. Don’t squander them because you’re too tired and don’t feel well. We have one life. Live it wisely.

I have an opening for 5:00 today that just came available if anyone is interested in a last minute massage appointment!

Living by your feelings will get you nowhere. Feelings are temporary. Don’t miss out on the quality of life because you didn’t feel like doing the things to take care of yourself and help yourself feel better in order to enjoy the life you have. It takes commitment and if you can’t commit to yourself, how can you expect anyone to trust in your commitments to them. You are precious and important to someone. You hold value on this earth. Don’t squander it by passing things up because you don’t “feel” like it. Do the hard things! Make a difference! You never know when your actions might encourage someone. And if your actions can encourage someone, they can discourage someone too. Think about that for a minute!!

Please help me out by responding. Business is scary slow. Lots of cancellations so I need to make some big decisions about how or if I stay in business.
Also how would you feel about driving to the other side of town or a less fancy place?

Love yourself! Embrace all of who you are! Silly, scared, over thinker, optimist, outgoing, shy, brave, quiet, boisterous, whoever you are embrace it. Love yourself and love others for their uniqueness. Recognize areas that need improvement and work towards being a better version of yourself than yesterday. You were created to love and that includes loving yourself.

Wellness begins with self care. Our bodies were created to do so much including healing itself. Key is to learn about the body, eat the right foods, do the right thing. There is no magic pill for anything.

Omg This!! Trying to step out of my comfort zone and doing YouTube videos for my business is such a hard mountain to climb. Watching them before posting is so painful. I’m like, “do I really sound like that”, “why is my face doing that” and “why am I moving like that”? 😂🤦🏽‍♀️😂🤦🏽‍♀️😂🤦🏽‍♀️

I cannot begin to express how blessed I feel. I know I’ve said this before and I’ll continue to say it…”I have some really amazing clients!” It’s such a privilege to be able to take care of people, to facilitate healing, but the ones who allow me the privilege of getting to know them, and take the time to get to know me, just makes me feel so very fortunate. I’m thankful for each person God brings my way. One very special client came in yesterday bearing a gift for my “getting older day” which is a couple days away. She had this beautiful necklace with a purple stone, tree of life and crescent moon made just for me. I absolutely love it. It’s so beautiful and speaks volumes. I will always cherish this beautiful gift.

My beautiful tuning forks have arrived all the from the UK! I’m excited to add these to my massage practice. I hope that my clients will be open to try them and experience the amazing healing benefits they provide!!

YAS!!!! Sometimes it’s a hard journey. We are often our own worst critics and often harder on ourselves than others. But when you don’t like the person in the mirror, those negative feelings can overflow into other relationships and often will affect your overall health as well. Working on yourself it’s a continual journey but if you learn to love yourself and take time to take care of yourself physically and mentally, you will experience the happiness that it so desperately longed for. Happiness comes from within. Choose joy!

Neck tension, it’s one of the biggest complaints I hear from clients. Our tech savvy society has driven us to a shoulder forward, head forward posture which literally puts so much extra weight on our neck muscles and cervical vertebrae. Those tiny neck muscles work overtime trying to hold the weight of our head. On top of all of that, factor in the everyday stresses we deal with which sends our nervous system into overdrive and Wala, you have this literal pain in the neck that makes you feel miserable and steals the joy out of life. It’s a real headache!
Take the time to take care of your body. Take frequent breaks from the computer, do daily stretches, and get regular massages (at least once a month). These three simple things will have a big impact in helping you function and feel better!!
