🔥 Hot 🔥 Reboot & Restore Workshop
Sunday February 4th 5:30-7:30 pm
This 2 hour heated workshop will rejuvenate your body and wake up your senses. We will incorporate cleansing breath techniques to energize the body and boost digestion.This is followed by a powerful vinyasa flow to wring out the everyday toxins that accumulate in our systems. We wrap up with a deep stretch and full relaxation accompanied by sound bowl healing to tune up your vibration. The workshop is complete with fresh and healthy snacks. As a yoga teacher and owner of gratitude fills me every day. It’s a profound joy to guide students on their journeys toward wellness, strength, and inner peace. Witnessing their transformations, both physical and spiritual, is an immense privilege. The studio space becomes a sanctuary where yogis of all levels find solace, support, and connection.

Being able to share the gift of yoga, to witness the healing it brings, and to cultivate a community that embraces well-being is a constant source of gratitude. It’s a blessing to facilitate this practice, and I'm endlessly thankful for the opportunity to foster growth and positivity in others' lives through yoga.

We are thrilled to welcome Noah Julian to our community for this special event this Sunday 3-5pm.
This workshop will focus on the practice of Pranayama (breath control) combining a variety of brething methods from many schools of Yoga including the theory founded by Nevine Michaan of Katonah Yoga. Katonah blended with Noah’s experience of the Wim Hof breathing method combine together to create a transformative breath experience.
We will use asana (yoga postures) as a means to open up greater lung capacity and also draw awareness to the Bandhas or energetic locks, as well as use other subtle energy work within the body.

Lotus Burn 🔥

Lotus Burn is a fusion of ab-chiseling, b***y burning and total body defining moves with upbeat and high energy music. This intense and invigorating mat based workout challenges and motivates us to push past our perceived limits and transform our physique. This interval training class combines light weights, bands, gliders and core balls that allows for a range of difficulty from beginner to advanced.

ANATOMY MEETS SUBTLE BODY✨

In yoga, the midline is the foundation on which each asana is built. This vertical axis that bisects the whole body is more than of anatomical importance in yoga – referred to as the Sushumna, it is the central channel, or Nadi, through which pranic energy flows. It is also the line where you will find the seven Chakras, or energy centres, each bringing it’s own unique quality to the subtle body.

Drawing close to the midline in our practice makes us stronger, more supported and stable. It helps you to access the deep inner muscles of the body, and builds your asana from the inside out, rather than from the outside in.

Myofascial Release & Yoga Nidra Workshop✨

Have you been feeling tight or sore? Are your neck, shoulders, back, or any other parts of the body in need of some self care?

Come join us for a Rolling Myofascial Release Workshop on Sunday, September 24th from 4:00PM-5:30PM. We will be using Tune-Up-Fitness Therapy Balls to roll and apply pressure to those sore spots. ✨Sirsasana✨

The "Baby Grasshopper" position, often found in yoga and mobility practices, involves lying face down on the mat with your hands placed beneath your shoulders. With your elbows slightly bent, press your forearms into the ground to lift your chest and upper body. Simultaneously, draw your legs towards your chest, bending your knees and flexing your feet. This position resembles a miniature version of the full Grasshopper pose. Engaging your core and back muscles is essential to maintain stability and control as you hold the Baby Grasshopper pose.

This posture helps stretch the hip flexors, strengthens the core, and improves overall body awareness and balance. Remember to breathe steadily and avoid any excessive strain during the pose.
