Your service comes with a lot of stress and difficult hours and situations. Why not take some "me time" using yoga as your vehicle? We would love to practice with you and say Thank You in person!

What's the upside to going upside down? Yoga inversions help release tension, increase circulation and energy levels, and strengthen muscles. They also promote emotional growth, calm the mind and spirit, and guide energy toward the heart.
Join Karen Conicelli and Jamie Hightower as they lead this 2 hour intensive workshop. You will be expertly and safely guided through a variety of yoga inversions and arm balances and get helpful transitions and tips, making these postures a lot less scary and a lot more enjoyable!

Join Nicole Durant, E-RYT 500, for these semi-private yoga classes. Learn tools to enhance your skills and deepen your practice. Classes will focus on proper alignment, personal alignment cues, and mastering fundamental postures. This is also a great chance to ask questions about your own practice and get feedback from a professional. Class size will be limited to a small group, making this a semi-private instructional experience.
After class, if you are interested in deepening your yoga practice even further, Nicole will share details about our yoga teacher training and answer questions. Plus, attendees who enroll for our Fall 2024 Yoga Teacher Certification will receive $200 off your enrollment! (You must enroll no later than 3 days after this pop-up's end).

Have you tried Jamie’s class yet? It’s awesome! It’s an hour of level 2 vinyasa flow with really cool transitions and great music. You need to focus and that’s what I love best about it. It’s rare that I can tune out the mind chatter and live (breathe and move) totally in the moment. And the time slot is perfect for setting the stage for the rest of my Saturday. Every Tuesday afternoon, April leads a combination yoga/meditation class in our Wellness Center, Suite 1C, right next door to our main studio. This class is not a hot yoga class, rather, the room is at a comfortable temp setting. The class combines entry level yoga postures and guided meditation, great for destressing both body and mind. FRIDAY! Join us for this unique and fun workshop! Sixty minutes of Vin Yin Outdoor Yoga, on our beautiful lakeside patio. Then, create your very own beautiful succulent garden, to adopt and bring home where it will grow and thrive.
Feel the earth below you, rooted in each yoga pose. Enjoy blissful yoga surrounded by nature - green grass, tall trees, birds chirping, ducks swimming - on our outdoor patio. Then gather for a Succulent Garden Party, where you will have your choice of a wide array of beautiful containers, succulents, and accents, creating a garden that is unique to you. The succulent “bar” offers easy-to-follow instructions to help you build, plant, design and care for your succulent garden.
There will be light fare and beverages to enjoy as well. This will be a wonderful experience to share with a friend or two! Also a great time for parents/kids (ages 12 and up).
The Outdoor Vin Yin Yoga will be a combination of level 1 vinyasa flow and end with restorative yin yoga, perfect for creating an overall peaceful state. The Succulent Garden that you create will be a lasting symbol of personal growth (and will look lovely in a sunny spot in your home!)
