This 7.2% ABV brew has notes of caramel, raisins, dark fruits, chocolate, coffee mixed with fruit esters and honey! These flavors come from the heavy addition of candi sugar (highly caramelized beet sugar), which ferments completely into alcohol, resulting in a dry and slightly warming finish.
