These alone will not “fix” anything. In order to stop pain and reverse some of these ailments, you need to have lifestyle changes. You need to dedicate time and effort to working on your body, and conscious awareness of your bodies posture 👨🏻💻🚶🏻♂️

And if some of those nasty secondary injuries have begun, like shoulder damage, it will also take focus and dedication to rehabbing those injuries in addition. I never tell my clients that rehab is easy, because it’s not. 💯

Everybody always assumes that I’m always not tight and I’m super flexible. That’s definitely not true at all but I make it a point to stretch because it helps in recovery especially if you’re doing a lot of functional training/ lifting/ crossfit.
Hold at least 60s for each stretch, and remember to do both sides. Trust me, your body will love you for stretching.
