This phase is our ‘Base’ Phase focusing on general conditioning, including workouts with multiple laps for members to track their progress and monitor their performance over the entire session, ensuring sustained effort and progress.

🗽Empire: Team training style, combo set cardio
⭐️Lonestar: Unilateral based resistance, you’ll work around the room before pivoting in the opposite direction
🏄♀️Pipeline: A surf inspired cardio workout aimed at improving balance, lateral movement, core activation and cardiovascular endurance
♊️Gemini: A split resistance workout where you’ll choose upper or lower body. This will test your body with muscular overload and strength endurance
💨Loyals: A fast-paced no rest hybrid workout featuring cardio and resistance movements
🎥🌴West Hollywood: A super-circuit hybrid session
🦅Angry Bird: A super-set resistance based workout that uses varying timing and tempo, as well as pod-specific exercises to build strength

Our Story
TEAM TRAINING - LIFE CHANGING!
Born in Australia, F45 Training is a team-based, functional training facility that places huge emphasis on the ‘three key factors’ of motivation, innovation, and results. Merging 3 separate leading-edge fitness training styles into one consummate and compelling group training experience for its members. F45 Training combines elements of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Circuit Training and Functional training.
The fusion of these three training concepts has lead to the development of hundreds 45 minute workouts, with more in development by our F45 Athletics Department, meaning you’ll never do the same workout twice.
The combination of interval, cardiovascular and strength training has been proven to be the most effective workout method for burning fat and building lean muscle. The variations of our workout programming keeps our members challenged, eager to grow and ready to have fun.
