I swear, I really hate to beat a dead horse and all but that first sign just wasn’t taking with a lot of folks.
Could it be a joke to come in here prior to heading to ? Could be. The uptick in people coming in the last couple of days looking for Nourish is unreal.
I guess it’s funny. Is GPS not giving exact coordinates to find the desired endpoint? Is this a bigger issue. I’m not sure.
Please try and see the large glowing Primary signs and the beautifully gold leafed address on the door by the handle to open and enter Primary Plant Based located at 161 West Girard Avenue.
Thank you,

We had an incredible time working with Chef Ian. Fingers crossed we get to collaborate with the mighty again sometime! 🍽️
We apologize for the lack of pictures. ‘‘Twas a big set up day. Before we knew it, doors opened and we were off to the races.😓
Our best bud caught these two miscreants at the end of the evening. Also one shot of Ian plating and the main man observing. 📸👩🍳
Thanks again. Truly glowing from a fun day at the office. 💅
Not pictured my right hand man who is the backbone of Primary. 🥂

Tomato fiesta next Sunday with is done sold out by the way.
Love to see it.
What’s better than a juicy Pennsylvania tomato slathered in chamoy on a kaiser roll? Dressed with arugula, red onion and mayo. Doesn’t get much better. On till we run out of rolls. Simple beauty.

Sunday series babies! Where all the cool adults chill.
In the wings;
check out or website, primaryplantbased.com for the dates and details. Some might even be correct.
Now that we’re almost three, I feel kind of embarrassed calling these Flappers. But I’m not sure what else to name them. Any ideas?
Nuggy Buddies? Stupid.
Wangs? Tired.
Seitan Toes? Gross.
Glutinos ? Ridiculous.
Anyhoo, 2 new flavors.
Buttery Curry Aji Amarillo. Think a Latino city bus slams into a restaurant serving butter chicken then you eat the debris.
Then, agave reduction with cilantro, lime and jalapeños. Think a margarita with no alcohol on top of seitan nubbie bunnies.
Help?

I gotta be honest.
Cheesesteak’s aren’t my favorite dish on the menu.
That said, folks like them, so as a business owner they live on indefinitely.
We do put in work to make them taste great and we take pride in making them.
