PJ Clarke's Philly updated their business hours.

We are looking for motived chefs with at least 3 year of experience cooking in a high-volume, established restaurant, in Philadelphia or a comparable metropolitan market.

The ideal canditate will be an aspiring chef and an eager learner with a natural capacity to lead, highly motivated, respectful and has a willingnes to constantly learn and grow. We expect menu contributions and experimentation from all team members. Prior managment is required, but willing to train the right candidate.

This position supports the Executive Chef in all aspects of the culinary operation. The Sous Chef will assume responsibility for the restaurant's food quality, presentation, adherence to standard operating procedures, staff supervision, staff development, creativity of daily features and cost management.
