We are so grateful to our volunteers, advisors, and donors who’ve allowed us to serve over 1700 individuals experiencing homelessness in Philadelphia in 2022. At JeffHOPE we aim to provide our community with important screenings, preventative education, and advocacy services. We wanted to share some of what we’ve been able to accomplish with all of your support! Here’s to more in 2023 🎉
8% of Philadelphia residents are without health insurance. This means nearly 1 in 10 people are unable to receive consistent and reliable healthcare when they need it increasing the rate of preventable health complications.
JeffHOPE’s clinics hope to close this gap by connecting our Philly folks to insurance and healthcare providers.
