PWD employees are the heartbeat of our operations, and when an employee provides a level of excellent service that is recognized by our customers, we like to celebrate those employees. Today we feature Water Customer Care Rep., Jocelyn Thompson.
A customer said the following about Jocelyn: "I called because I had questions about my water bill. I spoke with a young lady named, Jocelyn, who explained my bill to me. She was so nice and calm and patient with me, and made sure that I had all my questions and concerns answered. It was a pleasure speaking with her and she really made my day! The service I received felt like it was above and beyond… but I bet that’s her everyday- just a fabulous person! Thank you, Jocelyn!"
We appreciate all that you do Jocelyn!

Love is in the water in Pennypack Creek💙
Male sunfish swim in circles and fan the sediment with their fins to create round nests to attract mates. PWD scientists spotted this courtship ritual while monitoring water quality in the creek - fish and other aquatic life are signs of healthy waterways!
