My first Uterus class during the level 3 Teacher Training. Today was an emotional day teaching for me. I guess my uterus was in need of some attention and care. I felt energized and proud of my work and also tender and vulnerable. I love practicing with this group who so deeply invests in the power of imagery and movement potential. Super thankful to get to know these remarkable students and thankful that I continue to grow as an educator and student of this brilliant method 🥰

Gestures of the heart, non romanticized, inspire this movement workshop. We will explore through movement, imagery, writing, and dialogue how the palm of the hand connects to the mediastinum supporting and surrounding the heart. Feeling for the poetics made visible to us through experiencing the part of ourselves we call heart.
Shannon is a level three Franklin Method educator and will incorporate that into the workshop. Expect functional anatomy, guided imagery, improvisational movement explorations and circles containing reflections and conversations. Register
