Only a few hundred yards from our front door there is a bridge that leads to the mysterious land of Jersey. In this land they grow a peach so fabulous that we have chosen that peach for our new flatbread with oozing burrata cheese, pesto, arugula and saba which is kinda like balsamic vinegar but not really.
