🍗 🍗 Chicken Cutlets are on special this weekend at Mom-Mom’s. Rye and panko breaded with a little creamed watercress and caraway vinaigrette.

Also on special we have Salt and Vinegar Wings, Roast Pork Pierogi, Mushroom Cutlets, Chicken Cutlets and Wuzetka for dessert.

VEGAN SPECIAL! Mushroom “Cutlet”

Referenced from an old Polish cookbook, here we have Kotlety z Grzybow (mushroom cutlet). It’s not super thin, more of a fritter but what the heck, who cares. It’s crispy and umptious. Oyster, hen of the woods, button and shiitake mushrooms are formed into a fritter bound with oats and rye bread crumbs and fried till crispy. Served with mustard greens with caraway vinaigrette and a little herb oil.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Wuzetka. A light bodied sponge cake layered with whipped cream, covered in ganache with a little strawberry syrup. On special this weekend in Port Richmond.
