to earlier this week when some of our rising 11th and 12th graders headed to for a Campus Info Tour! They toured with current college students, who discussed the various academic and extracurricular programs at West Chester and highlight the student experience from dorms, to the library, dining options and everything in between!

On Wednesday, our annual Authors Tea took place for our first graders! Students shared their original poems and stories with guests and families got to witness the great academic growth students made in both their writing and storytelling skills!! It’s hard to believe this is our 9th Author’s Tea, and that our rising Juniors were the first to partake in this special event!

It’s that T I M E of year! Today, our seniors had their first of many celebrations this week! We kicked off Senior week with a brunch and yearbook signing— followed by our first graduation practice. 5 more days, until graduation! 🎓

Flashback Friday to our ESOL Family Picnic! This annual event is always a big hit with students and families, and highlights the cultural celebrations of so many of our students.

Today, MBA’s Class of 2024 officially celebrated Decision Day with our annual celebration! This 9-year tradition is a great celebration of the collective work of students and staff to ensure students are carving a path towards post-secondary success!

Spring Testing season is upon us. PSSA Exams begin today! Grades 3-5 will have a regularly scheduled school day with ELA testing in the morning. Please make sure your child present and on time.

Grades 6-8 report at 12pm and will be dismissed at 2:30pm. Please make sure your child is present and on time!

Bracetti Families! On April 8, a rare and exciting astronomical event will happen in Pennsylvania. The last time this occurred was 1806!

For that reason, we had adjusted our dismissal plan to ensure students, staff and families have a safe and enriching learning experience.

Bracetti Families,

This afternoon, students and staff participated in our monthly safety drill. The school had a Shelter-in-Place drill that lasted approximately 15 minutes. Students followed the directions of teachers, moved quickly to the designated Shelter-in-Place locations and were active participants. A Shelter-in-Place is called in the event of a natural or man-made disaster, such as a chemical substance released into the air, that prevents anyone from leaving the building.

Thank you to our students and staff for understanding the importance of these drills and for cooperating.
