My heart goes out to those who suffered during today’s act of violence that took place in Pennsylvania during President Donald Trump’s campaign rally, including the former president himself. I am praying for those who were injured and lost their lives. This is yet another sign of a very divided and contentious political year in our country. Let us pray for a quick response to this, that only the Prince of Peace can grant, Jesus Christ.

Convivio de Despedida con los líderes parroquiales y staff para Fr. Briccio Tamoro. A sus 78 años y luego de 52 años de sacerdocio, Fe. Briccio se muda a una casa de descanso.
¿Sabes cómo fuè que comenzó su vocación al sacerdocio?
Èl nos contó que fuè por el ejemplo de su padre quien siempre lo encontraba orando. Y de ahí le nacieron tantas preguntas que luego se convirtieron en las respuestas que lo llevaron a ser un sacerdote misionero por el mundo. Dios bendiga a Padre Briccio y le mande tranquilidad, alegría y muchas bendiciones en este etapa de su vida. Sin embargo, como èl dice, NUNCA dejará de ser sacerdote para Cristo y desde su morada, ahí se encontrará orando por la Iglesia, es decir, por todos y cada uno de nosotros.

Farewell Potluck with parish leaders and staff to Fr. Briccio Tamoro. At 78 years of age and after 52 years of priesthood, Fr. Briccio is moving to a rest home.
Do you know how his vocation to the priesthood began?
He told us that it was because of the example of his father who always found him praying. And from there so many questions were born to him that later became the answers that led him to become a missionary priest around the world. God bless Father Briccio and send him peace, joy and many blessings at this stage of his life. However, as he says, he will NEVER stop being a priest for Christ and from his home, he will be there praying for the Church, that is, for each and every one of us.
