Confluence Ballet Company is pleased to announce that after a significant change in company structure and leadership, we are now accepting applications for our upcoming 24-25 season with a clear vision for the company’s future. We aim to create a radically inclusive sanctuary for our artists by prioritizing their physical and mental well-being while also providing as many choreography and performance opportunities as possible. If you have ideas for how to make ballet better, or have been excluded from ballet spaces because of weight, gender, color, sexuality, or disability, we want to uplift your perspective and share the creativity and beauty that we believe lives in all of us.
We are looking to fill several full time company member as well as guest artist positions throughout the season. Artists wishing to apply should have strong classical and contemporary technique as well as partnering experience. If our mission resonates with you, please do not hesitate to reach out. We will be accepting applications on an ongoing basis and we are eager to work with you!
Please send your resume, bio, and dance performance reel to [email protected] and we will be in touch.
Thank you,
Confluence Ballet Company
