Over the last few weeks, we’ve been sharing with you Jeanette’s story. Jeanette never thought domestic abuse would happen to her, but found the strength to heal from that experience after a friend referred her to Hope's Door New Beginning Center.

Jeanette is a survivor. Her story is a story of hope, and we are proud to help survivors like her access the resources they need to rebuild their lives and experience a new beginning. But we cannot do this important work without the support of friends like you.

Jeanette experienced various forms of abuse during her marriage and in the years after they had officially separated.

But that’s not how her story ends. Because when Jeanette was at her lowest, a friend told about Hope’s Door New Beginning Center. She joined one of our group therapy sessions, and days later, she sought individual counseling.

Jeanette’s story is about healing. And it is also about HOPE. If you haven’t already done so, click the link below to read more about how Jeanette overcame the abuse and why she invites others to support HDNBC.
