What we believe:
Confidence is a choice. Hard work and determination is necessary to become successful.

The process: in order to be recruited, each athlete, family, along with our recruiting knowledge need to understand that there is work to be done. A scholarship isn’t GIVEN. Every student athlete needs to perform on the field, off the field, and the classroom.

Julie Marshall is a All-American Catcher, and a National Champion (UCLA) Hustle Coach for 15+ years and Head Coach at Ohlone College!

Ermi has been with hustle for 9+ years played collegiate softball @ Ohlone College before transferring to CSUMB and now coaches as the assistant at Ohlone College.

Coach Wendell has a tremendous amount of knowledge towards the game of softball and has been coaching student athletes to the top of their game! Prior Logan HS Softball coach and Lady Hustle 18G!

Coach Aaron Castro has been with Lady Hustle going on 8+ years, as a parent and as a coach! Coach Castro is serving our country in the AirForce , coaches @ Granada HS-and we are so proud to have him as a coach of the organization!

Think of it as hitchhikers. From California to Maine: we all jump on the Volkswagen van at different times but we are all going the same place. Teams have their speed bumps, freeways , and stop signs, but understanding it’s a long ride and we should be grateful we have help along the ways should be the greatest ride of our lives, and doing it together is a bonus!

What a ride it’s been with this Girl! Maliah “Mimi” Castro, your loyalty , passion for the game , hard work , and resilience has always been something we admire! From 14s to 18G you have grown so much as a player and person! We Love you!! Today was our last travel practice together as player and coaches!
