A new era for Albertina Kerr: Expanding supports for Oregonians with intellectual and developmental disabilities - Portland Business Journal Kerr has a 117-year history in Portland of providing a broad range of programs and supports for youth with mental health challenges and children, teens and adults with I/DD.

We're thrilled to welcome Dr. Jon Swan, D.O., to Albertina Kerr's Crisis Psychiatric Care for Youth (Subacute)!

Dr. Swan's compassionate approach complements our team's commitment to exceptional care.

He completed his psychiatry residency at the University of Minnesota and previously served as a Pediatric Psychiatric Hospitalist at Fairview Health Services in Minneapolis.

His holistic approach to psychiatric care, informed by his background in nutrition and specialized training in Psychodynamic and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, aligns with our mission to provide outstanding mental health services.

🌱 A big shoutout to our fantastic up-skill teams from the Powell and Oatfield Inclusive Day Services locations! We worked on our planter boxes.

Many thanks to U.S. Bank for its support of our Employment Programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).

We recently received a $15,000 grant from the U.S. Bank Foundation, which will be used to provide job skills training and career readiness services for adults with I/DD.
