Over the years I’ve come to my mat in many different physical, mental, and emotional states. Every time I leave my mat after a practice I am not the same as when I arrived. Yoga provides me with a moment of pure mindfulness. This practice helps renew my system by allowing me the space to shed what no longer serves me and remember what matters most.

Why Yoga?

Stability - Yoga classes work on strong foundations, balance, and core strength which improves overall stability. With time and patience the poses become stronger and easier. I use the stability found in my yoga practice to stay focused during the day, be patient with difficulties that arise, and stay balanced with the demands put upon me.

I am so excited about new things that have come my way in the past month!
Opportunity #1)
I have been asked to teach yoga and offer my Yoga Teacher Training Program AND offer my wellness services at a new Studio in Logan called Spark ur Soul.
Kim Villalobos, the owner is a very warm, and friendly gal that has decided to bring a new VIBE to Logan’s yoga scene. Her story is one of healing and she is wanting to share that beautiful gift, so she has created this amazing space for us! When you speak with her about her vision for this studio, she is brimming with passion and enthusiasm. She is very community driven and has jumped in with both feet, rolled up her sleeves, sacrificed, and invested a whole lot of FAITH in the divine to bring this all about.
When she told me her story and shared her vision, I felt it! All kinds of warm-feel- good feelings! 🌟
This all collided with prayers and planning on my end. I have been gearing up to breathe some new life into my business in an effort to support my son, Spencer in a special school for young men and women on the autism spectrum. I have spent the last few years pouring most of my energy into my two remaining kiddos at home. We have been through some pretty tough challenges together. Now it’s time for me to get back full swing to the work I love! I am honored to be a part of this vision that Kim and her amazing team all share.

Just want to express our thanks for all of our support and Love over the week last week! Valentine's was busy and fulfilling! We are so grateful for the trust so many of you placed in us! We are going to be busy working on spring tulip options for the next round of tulips that are about to bloom and we should have those options up on our site in the next day or two! Sure, you know what a down dog is, but have you ever heard of a SUN DOG? I got a Sun dog for my birthday! One of my students came in for practice that morning and said, have you seen outside? You've got to go take a look! So we all went to peek and this beautiful sun dog was rising in splendor above the mountains.
