I just got Zumba Burn IT UP for the Nintendo switch for an early Mother’s Day gift - it’s so fun!!! 🤩 I did a 15 minute “class” and it for sure makes you sweaty - great way to get some cardio in before a busy weekend.

Got a new journal (from the hubby from his work).
It’s perfect for a quick food journaling. ✍️
I typically write down the date and just quickly list what I ate during that day - my trick/health hack - is that whenever I eat something I snap a quick picture (since I literally have my phone on me all the time) - then later in the afternoon I write it all down - it’s so easy to forget or not have my notebook on me - then I take note and see do I need more protein? Or more water before the day ends or maybe I should skip the sweets after dinner this evening. 😂
