WE WEAR PINK on Wednesdays! We at BSU support those who are battling breast cancer, and during the rest of October, we will wear pink on Wednesdays to show our support. We welcome participation from all Cabrini students, teachers, alumni, and others.

We can’t wait to CU there!!

Last week, some of the e-board members were able to be present for the unveiling of the Fredi Gibbs statue. The statue is located in the garden by the main entrance to the Dixon gym. “Gibbs, nicknamed “The Cheetah,” was the first Black woman to hold the International Sport Kickboxing Association world kickboxing title. Her kickboxing career came without a defeat. She wasn’t just a fighter, she was a multi-sport, All-American athlete from Chester’s Fairgrounds projects, a track and basketball star who played basketball professionally overseas after stamping her name all over the record books at Cabrini.” says the Philadelphia Inquirer.
