Happy International Women's Day to our strong, intelligent leaders in the Cabrini University community.

Our institution was created in honor of St. Frances Xavier Cabrini (Mother Cabrini), who empowered so many, especially women, to change the world. We model all our values and celebrate our successes in her honor.

Thank you Mother Cabrini for showing us who a strong woman is. And thank you to the women in our community, from the Missionary Sisters to our students to our university President.

Oscar is one of our finest student ambassadors and plays on our Men's Baseball team. He raises awareness surrounding mental health in student athletes at Cabrini through the "Hidden Opponent" organization which also has chapters nation-wide.

A fun fact about Oscar is that he can balance various objects on his head!

When asked what he believed was Cabrini's "hidden gem", Oscar said, "The support our students get from our professors. They are always willing to help, and are very accessible for us students. They also want to get know you on a personal level outside of the classroom. As an athlete, my professors are always interested in my season and how I am doing."
