Gun Control hard at work, stopping crime 🙃

Last night, great work by our public safety officers whom removed an Orbeez gun off of our streets.
These Bead Blasters shoot gel water beads propelled by a spring-loaded air pump, making them an air rifle. Air rifles are a violation in NYC & are unlawful to possess. NYPD Chief of Patrol

A little Thursday night run ‘n gun.

This was a relatively unique class in which I enjoyed as it encompassed class full of fathers and sons training together.

Huge shout out to all of the dads who showed up and a huge shout out to all the sons who had to endure the consistent dad jokes 🤣

Philadelphia gun owner fatally shoots one of three men trying to steal his car

Relatives of the carjacker gathered at the scene, embracing one another grieving their loss, and demanded charges for the man who shot Natividad.

The man’s widow, Sherell Natividad said, “How could it be a carjacking when no one was in the car? They shot him. They killed him.”

“He did not have to come out and shoot him,” one of Natividad’s lifelong friends, Tanya Dunn, told the paper.

“It was a car! All he had to do is call the police. … You don’t shoot someone out in the street over a car.”

◇ We had a fun course put out this past week. The weather wasn't as conducive as we'd like but all in all it went well and I'm super proud of those who did decide to show up inspite of the weather.

We had a student who'd never shot a pistol prior to taking this course but by the end of the day that student was excelling well!

◇ ＲＥＣＣＥ ＲＩＦＬＥ

Just to clarify "Recce" is slang for 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗮𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲.

The beauty of the AR Carbine is it's adaptability, modularity and versatility. In my opinion a Recon mission built rifle gives the user the highest level of versatility. Most "Recce Rifles" give the user the option of being able to transition smoothly between a designated marksman and a close quarters tactician all while utilizing one rifle.

☆ My preferences for a "Recce Rifle" consists of:

•A solid LPVO or Magnified Glass
•Closed emitter red dot (offset)
•High lumens combat tested light (with a "temporary" and "constant on" switch pad)
• Quick Detach bipod (not pictured)
• A good IR Laser/Illuminator if running NV (not pictured)
