One of our favorite things in the office is RockTape!

What is RockTape?
Its a tape that can be used to in addition to chiropractic care, to treat sports and non-sports injuries, including shin splints, plantar fasciitis, runner's knee and back pain.

What does RockTape Do?
When applied over a stretched muscle, RockTape lifts the skin, accelerating blood flow to increase the amount of oxygen available to the muscles, which reduces fatigue.

How Long Do you keep RockTape on for?
3-5 days, but will need to be removed immidiately if an allergic reaction occurs.
