As I prepare to take my leave of absence, let's remember to practice mindfulness. This allows us to be present when in each other's presence and enjoy the time that we are together. There is no need to project our anxiety about what will happen when I'm no longer working. You will be fine. You will be in good hands with the practitioners that I refer you to, or someone of your own choosing. You may even find that you are healthier, happier, and more whole with your new practitioner. Life is full of possibilities that you may be unaware of so be open to exploring them. I will enjoy the month of work that I have left to be of service to you so that I may make the most out of every moment. 🙏
