Another learning weekend-the third (4th?) this year - integrating leaning from masters in chiropractic. Although I’m going into my 14th year of practice, I’ve been committing to continued learning to truly become the best chiropractor. The last 3 days, I spent with & their commitment to fine tuning the skills of chiropractors (& future chiropractors!) is evident. I thoroughly enjoyed the learning, conversations, adjustments, and hugs I received this weekend & I’m so grateful I get to do what I do.

Happy official start to summer! Still processing last week and all the Smith Haus activities: Awards night, high school graduation, 8th grade “promotion” to high school, university class registration, a little grad party with amazing customized cupcakes thanks to .cakery.and.makery (yes, she did cross country, wrestling, and pole vault), My parents 45th anniversary 💗 and Father’s Day… and an amazing few days of delivering life releasing adjustments.
My girls’ Great Grandma was able to come to both graduations - and she’s a testament to chiropractic - she started care back in the 1970s and is going to be celebrating her 99th bday in August! 🎂

We are not adjusting this Friday (6/23) as I am taking an extended weekend away for some R&R 😊

I just love our chiro kiddos! It’s a great day when we get to improve the nerve function of growing kids - that improves their ability to grow and adapt in a healthy way. 💗

Kids need chiropractic - some more than others! We’ve seen the potential of our chiro kids in our office increase after adjustments. Did you know we help more than back pain, headaches and dizziness?
It’s so rewarding to have parents report back about how their kids are healthier and doing better in school, and are better behaved. The parents are so happy they have 🙌🥰

I’m just so thankful for opportunities to continue to grow and learn how we can better ourselves and better the care we are able to provide our patients. Jack Canfield, the author of the Chicken Soup for the Soul books, has dedicated his life to empowering other to improve and achieve great things. The team is attending a training this weekend and was a keynote speaker. It’s apparent why he’s been inducted in the National Speakers Association Hall of Fame.

When you see Erin, Alycia, Diane, or Dr. Heidi in the office next week, feel free ask us about it! Diane, our newest CA (Chiropractic Assistant/Chiropractic Angel) volunteered to go on stage with Jack for a demo - it was so cool.

Just a little networking zoom from LAX - on my way to an awesome chiropractic seminar. Our whole team will be there for training so our office is closed until Monday - Yes! We are open on Dr. MLK Jr. Day - come get adjusted!

Happy Holidays from your team! We so appreciate being advocates for health for you and your families. We’ve seen some amazing miracles in so many patients this year. It’s incredible - how the body heals when the nervous system is working well! Our office will be closed so we can all recoup and recover and recharge before the new year. We’re celebrating Chiropractic’s 127th Birthday & the amazing Monica helped us celebrate by providing chair massage for people coming in for adjustments this morning. The first adjustment was September 18, 1895 & millions of lives have been changed ever since! From improved posture & nervous system functioning to increased performance, chiropractic is all-around awesome! We do appreciate all of you!
