Today is the deadline to register to vote online! If you are already registered and you need to make a change to your voter registration, you can re-register to vote! Register @ castudentvote.org
Monday, October 19th is the last day to register to vote online. If you haven’t already registered, and you are eligible to vote, please take three minutes to register right now. You can register by going to castudentvote.org
If you are already registered, please take a minute to check your voter registration status. All registered voters in California will automatically receive their ballot in the mail this year, so you want to make sure you are registered with the correct address. Many students were temporarily displaced due to COVID-19, so you will want to make sure you still have access to the address you used to register with.
Finally, check out vote.ucr.edu to find more information.
We have a chance to make a real impact in local, state, and federal elections if those of us that are eligible to vote are registered and ready to go!

It takes 10 minutes and it will have an effect on everything for the next 10 years! Go to 2020census.gov to fill it out!

A message from out Student Body President Semi Cole:
Friends and fellow students, the time is now! In the past, our voices have been neglected and now, when it matters most, we must come together to make a difference in this upcoming midterm election. We must all participate in order to impact the political process and ensure that we are a part of the conversation. We must be present in order for our voices to be heard. The Associated Students have banded together to remove a major institutional barrier that, for decades, has made it difficult for students to vote. We are striving to make midterm election day (Nov 6th) a day where students can engage in a day of democracy, and use on-campus work and class time to go to the polls and vote!
As President of the University of California, Riverside, I am calling upon the student body to join me in this groundbreaking initiative to make Nov. 6th an official day of student democracy! https://goo.gl/FMRy94
