For our new members you can add your T1D child’s name to the shirt with a purchase of a shirt. The names are all collected during the order window, then once the window closes the shirts are printed and shipped out.
The proceeds from the shirts go to support our kids through scholarships for college, alert dogs, diabetes camp and supplies for families in need both here and in Honduras where many families can’t even afford test strips. Through the generosity of T1DMod Squad many families are blessed.

Mark your calendars, our winter registration is now OPEN!⛄️

Winter Camps are weekend programs at Camp Conrad Chinnock which is located in the San Bernardino Mountains. Camp benefits families who have children diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes.

At Camp, families and teens have an opportunity to interact and socialize with others who are in the same situation and share related stories, fears, emotions, and past experiences. Here, attendees form a lasting support network of peers enduring the same uphill battle with diabetes.

Family Winter Camp – January 13th to 15th, 2024 - with the support of the PADRE Foundation attendees will experience workshops, diabetes coping skills, snow play, and a chance to share with other families about the triumphs and challenges of life with diabetes.

Teen Winter Camp – February 17th to 19th 2024 This weekend away features a variety of fun winter theme activities, small group discussions, a chance to connect with other teens living with Type 1 diabetes, and lots of snow play! ��Friends and siblings without diabetes may also attend either weekends. It’s thrill time! 🎢 Join Camp Conrad Chinnock on Saturday, January 20th, 2024 as we bring teens living with Type 1 diabetes and their friends together from all over Southern California to enjoy the excitement of Knotts Berry Farm!

We will experience rides and attractions as one big group, allowing old and new friendships to be made. Teens will be chaperoned by counselors and staff members of Camp Conrad Chinnock.
