Meet Tommy Kearns. The father of Clementine.
Clementine was a healthy little girl who was killed in her mother’s womb at 5 months gestation at the hands of the Cherry Hill Women’s Center abortion workers. Tomorrow, June 20, would have been her birthday.

The day of the abortion Clementine’s mother, who has chosen to remain anonymous, was fearful and in a compromised state and was coerced into signing documents to donate her child’s body for fetal organ harvesting. Clementine’s remains were shipped to California-based Advanced Bioscience Resources, a company that reaps a large profit from its role in the fetal organ harvesting industry.
“We started contacting the abortion facility to get more information, researching NAF guidelines. Neither of us were sleeping at night. We were both doing research to fight for Clementines body. Clementines mom took on the fight herself and was continually begging for her child’s body.” Tommy Kearns said.

The couple discovered that five clinic workers were present for the abortion, which was itself performed by a trainee. Kearns said “It took five people to kill our daughter. We want our daughter’s remains to give her a funeral and we want the perpetrators of all these atrocities to be brought to justice.”

Tomorrow’s event will be a memorial for the daughter of two grieving parents and their friends. A day for mourning and healing.

The FACE Act (Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act) is a law that was implemented in 1994. FACE makes it a federal crime to block an abortion facility intended to interfere with or stop abortions.

Violence and threats against abortion workers, clinics, or patients is obviously already illegal. The FACE Act was implemented to stop peaceful pro-lifers.
