Our schedule for this week. If you’re coming from out of town, visitors are always welcome without any mat fees.

This Monday October 9 (Indigenous People’s Day) there will be no evening classes, but all are welcome to join us for our usual holiday open mat. Come train!

Noon classes are back Monday through Thursday
