Meet Pops!
Pops has been a part of Station 81 for two years! He's a genuine soul who comes from a large family. Pops is an entrepreneur with a creative spirit and always has a pep in his step! For the past 50 years, Pops has been Chicago Stepping and Ballroom dancing in his free time.
One thing you may not know about this entrepreneur is that his modeling career led him to Minnesota, where he eventually became a runway model and owned two hair salons. And, wait for it, his uncle is none other than Mr. T!
Say hello to Pops next time you visit Station 81 and try his favorite menu items, the Station 81 Burger and the Spicy Chicken Sandwich.
