has been with us since the very beginning. The kung pao brussels and the cauliflower are just a couple of the iconic St. Paul dishes he’s had a hand in creating. When we asked him what his favorite song was to play in the kitchen, he said liked to start every shift with Shania Twain’s “Man, I Feel like a Woman.”
