Seasonal depression is a real thing and you don’t have to hide it, feel broken because of it or dismiss it. And although it comes every year it’s never easy so it’s ok to not be ok. You are trying and some days will be better than others but you’re doing amazing. Stay hydrated, get extra rest, take vitamins and allow yourself to feel the feelings. Most importantly your not alone.

For those who didn’t get the notification; tonight’s women circle has been cancelled due to unforeseen tragedy in my family.

As I prepare to close my doors & venture out to new out of state opportunities, I wanted to give my Colorado people my final dates before closing my physical Colorado Springs practice. I will still offer Zoom sessions once I am settle in to our new home state. Last day will be the 29th of September.

I do ask that you are mindful of your arrival and my late policy. With my tight schedule it is hard to give you 100% of my healing & energy if I am pressed on time. I thank you all for your understanding.
