AUm Yog Sadhana's 3 months long yoga immersion concluded last weekend with an inspiring graduation ceremony!

The routine schedule with added classes begins starting tomorrow.:

Weekly Schedule:

Thursday- 5:15-6:30 pm Ashtanga
Half primary with modifications (online only)

Saturday- 7-8:30 am
Led Ashtanga primary

Sunday 7-8:30 am
Led Ashtanga intermediate
(in-person with an option to join online )

Sunday 7-8:30 am
Led Ashtanga primary with Sharath ji’s count ( in person at the Ashram with an option of joining online )

Sunday 9-10:30 am
Yog sutra chanting followed by yoga for beginners ( in-person with an option of joining online)

Ganesh Chaturthi Celebration at Aum School. Kid’s made clay Ganapati with their family. Kids also participated in Aarti and Pooja.

Today Scouts and their parents did an awesome job landscaping and beautifying the Ashram.

Over 60 man hours, shrubs were trimmed, new mulch was put in, and weeds were removed.

A huge shout out to Troop 515 and their project lead Bijaya Kumar Parida

We offer classes for all levels and all ages including adults.
We have a dedicated class emphasizing the spoken aspect.

This is a value-based whole-brain learning experience, where we immerse in our culture and heritage through songs, games, chanting, celebrating festivals, and much more.
This is part of Sunday Gurukulam at the ashram!

Kids start with chanting, followed by yoga followed by Hindi and Sanskrit immersion. Also offered is Sangeet Kala!
