This week, KSAT 12 & KSAT.com focused on "Back to School" during the midday SA Live show. One segment highlighted Madison HS and AMP Senior, Isabella Gonzalez.
Isabella has been studying in our Animal Science Pathway and has been active in the FFA competing on Career Development Events (CDEs) and raising and exhibiting market swine and broilers. But she has also been a member of the Madison Spirit program and this year will be cheering on Madison athletics and competing as a Varsity Cheerleader!

The AMP presents a unique partnership with The College of Agriculture and Natural Resources at Tarleton State University, hosting our inaugural Agriculture and Natural Resources Discovery Camp. Explore the endless opportunities in agriculture and natural resources industries with engaging hands-on activity sessions. Discover educational and career possibilities in animal science, agricultural communications, meat identification, wildlife tracking, aquaculture, and more, led by university professors.
The AMP will host the Ag Discovery Camp for rising 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th graders on Thursday, June 22nd. University representatives will host an informal informational session for camp participants and their family members at the completion of the day from 4 to 5:30 PM discussing admission requirements, dual enrollment opportunities, financial aid processes, program offerings, and more.
