Friends of Charlie was established by Tobin board member Susan Naylor in honor of her late son, Charlie, to provide access to the performing arts to those who otherwise may not have the opportunity to attend a live performance. Harlan Brownlee led the first professional development in South San Antonio ISD for this year, Creative Movement. 💫
