U.S. Army chaplain Father Charles Watters, a member of Regina Council 1688 in Rutherford, New Jersey, continuously put his life on the line to serve the troops in Vietnam, assisting the wounded and administering last rites until the moment of his own death during the Battle of Dak To in 1967. The men he served recall the selfless courage that earned Father Watters a posthumous Medal of Honor.
