We had an absolute blast at Marine Corps Recruit Depot at the Holiday Express Holiday Celebration! Thank you to Marine Corps Community Services for putting on such a spectacular event! The event itself was a true winter wonderland. Families arrived in their comfiest pajamas, ready for a fun-filled day. One of the main attractions was the Depot Holiday Express Storytime Train, which took families on a magical ride through the holiday season.

What a great day at the 12-Star Holiday Reception held at the Island Club onboard Naval Air Station North Island. Our team at STEP was honored to attend this special event. This event brings local military leadership and community leaders together to celebrate the holiday season, network, collaborate and come together to better serve our military community.
Bravo Zulu (BZ) to the amazing Culinary Specialists for their incredible work and world-class dishes. Special thanks to the CNRSW Navy Band and to all that made this such a special afternoon.

It was an incredible day at Naval Base San Diego at the Admiral Prout Field House! Our team at STEP was a proud sponsor for this amazing event! Thank you to MORALE WELFARE AND RECREATION (MWR) for making this such a special day for our military families. We appreciate the hard work and planning that went into making this such a fun-filled day for everyone.
Seeing all the smiling faces was great as families enjoyed the sunshine and explored all the exciting activities. There were also plenty of rides and games to keep everyone entertained throughout the day. Our team had a blast at our booth, where we had the opportunity to share information about STEP's programs and resources and pass out prizes at our game booth.
Thank you to MWR for their incredible efforts in organizing such a memorable event and thank you to all the families who came out to celebrate the holiday season.

We are honored to have staff who were recognized as part of San Diego's Top 50 Influential Veterans. This recognition is crucial because, often, our veterans shy away from the spotlight, believing it's not about them. However, Veterans Day was established to honor their hard work in safeguarding our freedoms.

Just last week, during our national Real Brokerage Conference here in San Diego, agents from around the country volunteered their time to give back to our military community! STEP is embarking on a journey to empower even more young military and veteran families across the nation. After years of soaring demand, we're strategically expanding.
As part of our plan, we're launching the a Capacity Building Campaign, with a goal of $6.5M! This campaign will help us increase our workforce, enhance operational efficiency, secure a permanent home, and fortify our financial stability. With a remarkable 90% long-term success rate, we're dedicated to helping these families permanently change their financial situation and become financially self-sufficient.
